I’m Joy Diggs, a certified personal trainer, registered dietitian, and certified weight loss specialist. I own Digg Deep Fitness & Nutrition, located in Houston, Texas.
Fitness and nutrition have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love it so much that I actually went to school for it, receiving a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I followed that up with an M.S. in Nutrition and continued my education, completing various certifications.
Over the past ten years, I have worked in the fitness industry and helped countless people, like you, live healthier lifestyles by making healthier food choices and preparing foods they enjoy eating.
